MS Project Should Flag Resource Overallocations Differently

Assign a resource by even one hour too many on any given day and they appear over allocated in every view. Even when "rolled up" to show weekly, monthly or yearly views!

In typical IT projects managing knowledge workers we want to know if a resource has too much work in any given week or any given month. That's because we don't micro-manage professional consultants day-to-day.

What project does, even at weekly and monthly views (for example go into Resource Usage and zoom to weekly), is flag the resource as over-allocated for that week if even only one day within that week is overallocated.
